• Agency name and logo
• Profile photo
• Account credentials
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)

For Clients:

• Name and contact information (email address, phone number)
• Date of birth
• Insurance policy information (policy type, coverage amounts, premium amounts, renewal dates, beneficiary information)
• Client access codes
• Device push notification tokens (for mobile app notifications)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Service
• Enable insurance agents to manage their client relationships
• Allow clients to view their policy information and contact their agent
• Process subscription payments
• Send you service-related communications
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
• Improve and develop new features for our Service

4. Data Ownership and Non-Solicitation

For the purposes of client data entered by insurance agents, the agent is the data controller and AgentForLife acts as a data processor. This means:

• You own and control all client data you enter into the Service.
• We process your client data solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Service.
• AgentForLife, its owners, employees, and affiliates will never use client data entered by agents to solicit, market to, contact, or attempt to acquire those clients for any insurance-related business.
• We will never sell, license, or provide agent or client data to any third party for the purpose of marketing, lead generation, or client acquisition.
• Internal access to agent and client data is strictly limited to what is necessary for technical maintenance, support, and operation of the Service.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Firebase (Google Cloud): Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which provides enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS).
• Stripe: All payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
• Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication to secure user accounts with industry-standard practices.
• Data Isolation: Each agent's data is stored separately and is not accessible to other agents through the Service.

6. Information Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Agent-Client Relationship: Client information is shared with the insurance agent who created the client account, and agent information is shared with their clients through the mobile app.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We use the following third-party service providers to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information:

• Firebase / Google Cloud: Database storage, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions.
• Vercel: Application hosting and serverless infrastructure.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic and OpenAI: AI-powered features including document parsing and policy analysis. When you use these features, relevant data may be sent to these providers for processing. These providers do not retain your data for training purposes.
• Upstash: Caching infrastructure for non-sensitive application settings.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You can access your personal information through your account settings.
• Correction: You can update or correct your information at any time.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@agentforlife.app. Deletion will be completed within 30 days.
• Data Portability: You can request a complete export of your data in a portable format at any time by contacting us at support@agentforlife.app.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
